Senior Software Engineer

About this role

Join our small, fast-moving team building an AI-powered training and QA platform for customer-facing teams. As a core engineer, you'll own major parts of the product and help drive critical technical decisions across the stack. This is a high-impact, full-stack role where you'll work directly with design, customers, and leadership to take features from idea to production. From architecting real-time, multimodal simulations in chat, voice, and video to building advanced AI prompt and retrieval pipelines, your work will shape how large teams learn, improve, and scale.

What you'll do

• Own major parts of the product and drive critical technical decisions across the stack
• Architect real-time, multimodal simulations in chat, voice, and video
• Build advanced AI prompt and retrieval pipelines
• Lead development of intuitive, high-performance interfaces with Next.js, Supabase, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs
• Drive architecture decisions for customer conversation scoring
• Work directly with design, customers, and leadership to take features from idea to production

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer working across the full stack
• Experience with Next.js, Supabase, OpenAI, and modern web technologies
• Strong background in building AI-powered applications
• Experience with real-time systems and multimodal interfaces
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Customer-focused mindset with pragmatic approach to building
