About this role
We're looking for a Product Designer to redefine how clinicians interact with technology. In this role, you'll take ownership of key product areas, designing intuitive and effective experiences that simplify complex workflows in healthcare. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and fellow designers to shape the product from early prototypes into polished, production-ready features. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, is deeply user-focused, and can drive design forward independently.
What you'll do
- Lead design from end to end — conducting research, shaping product strategy, and crafting elegant, simple UI
- Design intuitive and effective experiences that simplify complex workflows in healthcare
- Work closely with engineering, product, and fellow designers to shape the product from early prototypes into polished features
- Balance product complexity with usability, ensuring solutions are deeply informed by clinician needs
- Help shape design culture and systems as one of the early designers
- Drive design forward independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end products
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership over end-to-end designs
- Deep user focus with ability to conduct research and shape product strategy
- Strong prototyping skills and ability to craft elegant, simple UI
- Experience working with complex workflows and simplifying them for users
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive design forward independently
