Founding Graphic Designer

About this role

We're looking for a design athlete who can revolutionize the visual identity of the defense industry. In this role, you will collaborate with founders, product, and sales teams to create compelling visual experiences that build trust in AI among skeptical buyers. This is a unique opportunity to define the aesthetic of an entire industry and visually spearhead the transformation of GovTech.

What you'll do

• Partner with founders, sales, and marketing teams to create visual materials that convert traditional enterprise buyers
• Lead the design of critical sales assets — from animated product demos to case studies that close 7-figure deals
• Build interactive Framer experiences that transform how enterprise customers view modern software
• Create product animations that engage businesses in traditional industries
• Establish the visual language that positions the company as bringing defense tech into the modern era
• Raise the bar for design quality in an industry that's been visually stuck in the past

What we're looking for

• 3 - 8 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally within B2B startups or enterprise-focused environments
• Expert proficiency in Framer, Figma, and After Effects
• Strong motion design and animation skills
• Experience creating visual materials for enterprise or B2B audiences
• Ability to build interactive experiences and product demos
• Track record of creating designs that drive business results
• Understanding of how to build trust through visual design
