About this role

Join as our first ever full-time hire to help build an AI-enabled virtual concussion clinic! We're on a mission to make the best-in-class concussion care accessible to everyone—because no one should be left in the dark after a brain injury. You'll be shaping the future of digital health by deploying next-gen AI Agents across voice, vision, and beyond to rethink how humans recover with technology.

What you'll do

  • Own the frontend of our AI-powered concussion recovery platform, from design to deployment
  • Deploy next-gen AI Agents—voice, vision, and beyond—to rethink how humans recover with technology
  • Move fast—we ship, learn, and improve in days, not months
  • Craft accessible and beautiful interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind, and modern web technologies
  • Work closely with world-class doctors to deliver best-in-class concussion care at scale
  • Shape the technical direction and architecture of our platform

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with a 70-30 front-end lean
  • Natural inclination for design work and creating beautiful user interfaces
  • Experience with Next.js, React, and modern frontend technologies
  • Strong understanding of AWS deployment stack and cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and ship quickly
  • Experience with AI/ML integration is a plus
  • Passion for healthcare and helping people through technology
