Program Overview

Our Referral Program is designed to reward anyone who helps us discover exceptional candidates. Whether you're part of the Flows network or an external partner, you can earn substantial compensation by referring qualified talent.

By referring candidates who are subsequently hired, you earn a share of our placement fees—creating a win-win opportunity for everyone involved.

Referral Rate Structure

Anyone can participate in our Referral Program. The referral rate depends on whether the candidate you're referring is already part of the Flows network:

Flows Network Candidates (5% rate)

  • Candidates hired through Flows in the past
  • Candidates interviewed with clients via Flows
  • Candidates currently in active Flows interview processes
  • Anyone with existing connections inside the Flows talent ecosystem

External Candidates (2% rate)

  • Candidates with no previous interaction with Flows
  • New talent being introduced to our network
  • Professionals from outside our existing talent pool

All participants must agree to our referral program terms and conditions.

Revenue Sharing Structure

When your referral results in a successful hire, you earn a percentage of their first-year total compensation:

Payments are processed within 30 days of the candidate completing their 90-day probation period.

If your referral is hired and completes their probationary period, you receive your revenue share.

Payment Terms

Referral payments are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Payment is triggered after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment
  • Payments are processed monthly, within 30 days of the triggering event
  • All payments are subject to applicable tax withholdings
  • Payment methods include direct deposit, check, or other agreed-upon methods

Program Guidelines

To maintain program integrity and ensure quality referrals:

  • Only refer candidates you personally know and can vouch for professionally
  • Ensure candidates are genuinely interested in new opportunities
  • Do not spam or mass-refer candidates without proper vetting
  • Maintain confidentiality of all program details and candidate information
  • Report any conflicts of interest or ethical concerns immediately
